JUSTICE WARREN RANDOLPH McGRAW was born in Wyoming County, West Virginia, May 10, 1939. He married Peggy Shufflebarger in 1961, and they have three children, W. Randolph, a lawyer, H. Suzanne, a lawyer, and Rebecca L., a medical doctor. The McGraws are also the proud grandparents of six grandchildren - Warren III, Kindra, Conor, Alayna, Maverik, and MacKenzie.
