Sam Shaaban
CEO
Sam is NuRelm’s Co-founder, and is largely responsible for the company’s success during the past 13 years. He developed an integrated suite of e-business software during NuRelm’s early stages and led NuRelm’s evolution into a full-service Web application development group. Prior to starting his own firm, Sam designed computer chips for IBM, where, at age 24, he earned his first patent. Sam is recognized as an expert in the design, creation, and integration of Web-based applications.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the West Virginia Institute of Technology (Summa Cum Laude) and an MBA in Operations Management and Finance from Syracuse University, where he received a full scholarship plus stipend as a Chrysler Scholar, and, upon graduation, was awarded the Masters Prize for Academic Excellence. Sam is also an entrepreneurial adviser for the MIT Enterprise Forum, and has worked with Carnegie Melon University on Web related initiatives.
Mona McGraw
President
Mona McGraw is President and Co-Founder of NuRelm. Mona holds an M.S. in Business Administration and two undergraduate degrees in Marketing and English. Prior to founding NuRelm, she held management and business development positions at Kaiser Permanente and IDX.
Mona was appointed by Governor Rendell to serve on the PA Workforce Investment Board, where she served for 7 years. She is also a past board member of the Pittsburgh-based Tech Action Group Board of Directors, an advocacy group made up of Pittsburgh area CEOs of rapid growth technology firms, and is currently an Athena Powerlink board member. Athena Powerlink is a regional nonprofit that assists female entrepreneurs with busines plans and provides ongoing business advice.
Mona is currently working to open new sales territories for NuRelm throughout the United States. She is in charge of general operations, sales and marketing.
Greg Allan
Web Production Manager
Greg is the Web Production Manager at NuRelm and is usually the point of contact for web projects. Having started his career as a website content developer at DigiKnow in Cleveland, OH in 2005, some clients Greg worked with at DigiKnow include Nestlé, Lincoln Electric, Loctite and Advanced Auto Parts.
While attending The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, he worked in a local print shop gaining three years of large volume print production experience for several large corporations based in Pittsburgh and beyond. Upon graduation in 2009, Greg worked with WorldDealer Inc., where he was responsible for content creation, customer support and design needs for nearly 200 automotive websites.
At NuRelm Greg still gets to enjoy developing, played a leading role in our Responsive Web Design process and wears several other hats so clients always speak with a developer. During his time at NuRelm, he has also worked part time as a Web Instructor at Douglas Education Center and spends a lot of free time keeping involved in the community.
Melissa Piper
Senior Web Developer
Melissa joined NuRelm shortly after graduation and has been a Web production specialist at NuRelm for over 5 years, and a Web and HTML enthusiast for over 12 years. While she works with HTML and CSS on a daily basis, she also has a high level of proficiency in both Java and Javascript.
Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computer Science as well as a Graduate Certificate in Multimedia Technology. She is an honors graduate of California University of Pennsylvania.
Anastasia Lanz
Web Developer
Anastasia hopped on board NuRelm's web team at the beginning of January. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Web Design from Robert Morris University.
She is an active member of the AIGA and frequently attends web design meetups and events.

Tyler came to the NuRelm family as a summer marketing and sales intern in May 2012. After completeing his internship, he was asked to stay with the company as a part-time marketing consultant. Currently, Tyler is enrolled at Saint Vincent College where he is in progress of a bachelors degree in marketing and participating on the NCAA D3 golf team.
